In case you’ve been lucky enough not to have seen what’s been going on in the last 48 hours, allow me to summarize. The Republican Party died from self-inflicted wounds and the joint session of Congress at the Capitol Building was overrun by what appears to be Pro-Trump supporters. ( Note: I say “appear” because all the facts aren’t out yet.)

Next, let me be crystal clear about what I think about yesterday’s events. Everything about what happened was wrong-but unfortunately, entirely predictable. As it stands now, four people are dead and the President is banned from all social platforms because of the rush to blame him solely for what happened. Make no mistake, there is plenty of blame to go around and President Trump deserves a large portion of it. His claims that the election was stolen is unsubstantiated. ( Note: Ubsubstantied does not mean untrue. Rather, there is a lack of evidence sufficient to meet the burden of proof.) His rhetoric, especially over the last few days and during the riot, did nothing to discourage the rioters, who presumably were acting on his behalf. He said a lot of things that only added to the problem, but he is not responsible for what those people did. He did not direct them to act. He is not responsible for their actions. He is only responsible for what he said.

Let me address the argument put forth by the rioters and the people who support their actions. Indeed, according to our Founding Fathers and their documents, we do have a duty to overthrow the government should it become tyrannical.

That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

The Declaration Of Independence

Yesterday, was not a situation that called for violent insurrection. The Government was not presenting a clear and present danger to anyone. In fact, they were meeting, in part, to debate the same issues that Trump and his supporters have been upset about. If we start to consider any policy or act for which we disagree, as tyranny worthy of violence, then we will have set ourselves upon a slippery slope to which all political disagreements are worthy of violence.

Now I’m going to address everyone else, most of whom share the blame equally, if not more than Trump. First, there is The Main Stream Media. They’ve spent the better part of a year condoning the exact same actions we saw yesterday. The only difference between what happened yesterday, and what’s happened previously, is the underlying political ideology.

Invariably, people try to use schematics to justify why one instance is right, and the other is wrong.

Its simply not the same behavior. The Capital building has stood unsacked for 200 years. BLM didnt do this, Trump’s cult did. Its not the same.

Better yet, what if it was shutting down the Capitol Building because you believed a Supreme Court Nominee was an alleged rapist?

Are any of these examples considered equivalent?

If we are going to share a country together, at the very least, we need to agree that certain behavior is unacceptable no matter your political ideology. Violence that is acceptable only when it checks certain ideological boxes and with an aim towards a political end, is called terrorism, and The Main Stream Media has consistently supported this terrorism when it aligns with their political priors.

So spare us the righteous indignation now that the other side is engaging in similar behavior. President Trump may have poured gas on this fire, but there is little doubt that the Main Stream Media helped light the match.

Next, there are the despotic and feckless politicians on both sides of the political aisle. On one hand, the Democrats constantly looking down their noses and sneer at half the country. They spend their days telling those people how awful and stupid they are, and how if we just accepted their unmitigated authority over our lives-we’d be much better off. They spent four years attacking President Trump. They claimed he was a Russian spy and was an illegitimate President. For weeks and months preceding the election, they claimed he was actively pursuing a strategy to steal the election.

Also, if Trump did win and the race was close-Joe Biden should not concede.

Now, that Joe Biden won in a relatively close election, the whole election process is magically pure as the driven snow. Absolutely zero chance of foul play. Further, they expect the same people that they routinely demonize, to just accept the results despite several legitimately suspicious circumstances that arose on election night.

The narrative that Democrats and the Media like to repeat is that Trump started this four years ago. Before 2016, our country’s politics were the model of civility. They expect us to forget that they called George W. Bush a war criminal and to disregard the irony when they were applauding Mitt Romney last night:

They expected us to forget that the very same people celebrating him, are the same people who supported Joe Biden when he claimed that Romney was going to put black people back in chains.

The fact is, this political rhetoric started long before Trump, but the Republicans share the blame. They spent that time allowing these horrible things to be said about them and their supporters. They never really hit back. Then Trump came along and said what they were all afraid to say. He played every bit as dirty as the Democrats did. Sometimes that was good, but in cases like yesterday-it was not so good. Nevertheless, the fact remains, had people felt that Republicans weren’t such cowards and would stand up to the bullying, maybe Trump’s brand of politics wouldn’t have been so attractive.

Finally, there is the Government itself. The current lie the Democrats and Media are trying to push is something along the lines of, “Can you imagine if that had been black people doing this? The authorities would have slaughtered them all.”

Biden: “No one can tell me that if it had been a group of Black Lives Matter protesting yesterday, they wouldn’t have been treated very, very differently than the mob of thugs that stormed the Capitol. We all know that’s true…”

The fact is, four people died yesterday, including an unarmed woman. But we won’t “say her name” or remember the number of black people who weren’t shot over the previous summer during the looting and rioting over black people being shot by police. That’s because it’s important that they obscure their circular logic. The truth is, the Capitol Building was overrun by a bunch of ass clowns dressed like Daniel Boone. That says more about the effectiveness and competency of the Government than it does about those idiots. The Government once again failed in its most basic of tasks, yet the Media and other dummies are going to try to convince us that the solution is more Government. It’s like trying to cure a heroin addiction by taking more heroin.

Over the next several days, all we are going to hear about is how bad President Trump and his supporters are. Once again this isn’t totally unfounded. However, right on cue, The Mainstream Media, without a hint of self-awareness, are currently calling for the “cleansing” of anyone who supported The President.

Trump will be an ex-president in 13 days. The fact is that getting rid of Trump is the easy part. Cleansing the movement he commands is going to be something else.

Both politicians and media members assume that the conspiracy theories surrounding this election are the result of the brainwashing of an aspiring despot. Reeducation to their way of thinking is what this situation calls for. Their arrogance is so blinding that they never stop to consider why, exactly, so many people find it easier to believe a conspiracy theory, rather than believing the results of the election. They don’t want to ask this question because they’re frauds and charlatans who are responsible for eroding the faith in the institutions that they represent. They, more than Trump, shoulder the blame for yesterday’s events. They’ve been playing stupid games for years now, yet are continually surprised when they keep winning stupid prizes.
